Cielo Chain Rotation Map compares the current public alert batches across supported networks. It tracks attention inside this feed, not orders, deposits, or activity on a trading venue.
When one chain produces more observations than another, the board is describing this network's incoming alerts during the displayed window. It is not measuring total blockchain use or capital moving between ecosystems. A busy Solana column and a quiet Base column may reflect the sources being monitored, their schedules, or a burst of repeated messages. Keep the definition close, because the visual shape can otherwise suggest more than the data records.
Check the newest timestamp and the number of usable records before comparing two chains. A fresh batch with complete market fields should not be read beside an older batch as though both snapshots describe the same moment. Reported USD values also come from the projected feed and may have different observation times. Rotation becomes more informative when you compare age, source coverage, and missing fields alongside the raw alert count.
A shift on the board is a reason to inspect examples, not to chase the busiest column. Open several contracts from the active chain and look for repeated sources, similar launch stages, or a shared gap in the data. Then compare those examples with the quieter chain. This turns a colourful movement into a research question you can answer. If the examples do not support the story, discard the story.
